About the Event
Join me for a hands-on and educational workshop on the benefits of creative journaling. You'll learn about the evidence-based upsides of journaling like the importance of mindfulness, labeling emotions, and putting thoughts into words. We'll focus on how to use your journal to process, play, pray, plan, and ponder. Be ready to discover new ways of expressing yourself with pen and paper. This will be a Bible and Holy Spirit influenced time. Space is limited, invite a friend soon!
Groups size, 8-10 women. All necessary supplies will be provided for participants to borrow. Each participant will be provided with an 8.5 x 11 journal for her to use during the workshop and keep. You're welcome to bring your own supplies for personal use (i.e., stickers, stencils, favorite pens/markers, special magazine clippings, or stamps).
