Creative Journaling with Julia

Whether you have been journaling for years or have labeled yourself as "just not a journaler" ... this experience IS FOR YOU! Join me for a hands-on and educational workshop on the benefits of creative journaling. Whether you journal weekly or bi-yearly,  you'll learn about the importance of mindfulness, labeling emotions, and putting thoughts into words. We'll focus on how to use your journal to process, play, pray, plan, and ponder. Be ready to discover new anti-performance ways of expressing yourself with pen and paper.  This will be a Bible and Holy Spirit influenced time.  Space is limited, invite a friend soon!

PAYMENT -- cost is $35/person. Please bring payment day of the event. (cash, check, venmo, or paypal accepted)

Groups size, 8-10 women. All necessary supplies will be provided for participants to use during the event. Each participant will be provided with a blank 8.5 x 11 journal for her to use during the workshop and keep. You're welcome to bring your own supplies for personal use (i.e., stickers, stencils, favorite pens/markers, special magazine clippings, or stamps).

Please notice the time of day: Light snacks, tea, & coffee will be provided. Feel welcome to bring food if needed.
